  • We offer a 10-day full value exchange (excluding customized jewelry).

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Customized jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Free repairs or exchanges are available for eligible issues within 3 months of purchase.

  • After 3 months, paid repair services are available at nominal charges.
