If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day full value exchange policy to make your shopping experience risk-free and reliable.


2. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your purchase within 10 days of delivery for the full value of your item.

  • The exchanged item must be of equal or higher valueno balance is retained or refunded in cash.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

  • Customized jewelry (made to order, engraved, or modified designs) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.


3. Return Policy

Currently, we do not offer monetary refunds for returned products.
Instead, we provide a full-value exchange or store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The wrong product has been sent.

In such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video or images as proof.


4. Warranty / Guarantee

We offer free repairs or exchanges for eligible issues within 3 months from the date of purchase.

If a repair is not possible, we may offer a one-time exchange matching the original invoice value, based on the product’s condition.

Not Covered

  • Damage due to regular wear and tear or rough handling.

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.

Even after the warranty period, we’ve got you covered!

  • Paid Repair Services are available for a nominal fee.

  • Repair charges will be communicated after our team inspects the item.

  • Turnaround Time: Typically 3–4 weeks depending on the issue.


6. Process for Exchange / Repair

  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility for exchange or repair.

  3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to our store address.

  4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or repair process will begin.


7. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items for exchange or repair.

  • In case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery, Ruva Jewelry will bear the shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your product reaches us safely.
